Please help fight Bishop Olson's radical sanctions against the Carmelite Nuns of Arlington, Texas.
The Nuns deserve connection to their divine Spouse via Mass, Reconciliation, and access to all other sacraments at the Carmel of the Most Holy Trinity.
As a community we must shed light on this situation and ask for your support in 3 ways:
1- Sign the petition (link below) to remove Bishop Olson:
https://laityinunity.secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com/removebishopmichaelfolson
2 - Donate to the Carmelites
3- Call or email Fr. Chris Pierre & Joseph Donnelly (contact info below) asking the sanctions be lifted.
A group of nuns and their monastery, The Monastery of the Most Holy Trinity (located in Arlington, TX) are under attack by Bishop Olson and the Fort Worth Diocese.
Bishop Olson has made a false statement on the diocesan website slandering the Reverend Mother and their Monastery. What he is doing to these nuns is pure evil, vindictive, and contradicts Catholic core values. I have attached a link to the story located in the 'learn more' section.
Bishop Olson's desire for power and greed has gone too far and must be investigated.
There are power in numbers, please write or call to Chris Pierre (listed below) asking for the Carmelite sanctions to be lifted.

Bishop Olson forced the recognition of the Catholic Charities CEO because the CEO planned a women’s summit without designating Bishop Olson as the main speaker.
The Kairos retreat was abruptly ended at Nolan Catholic Highschool. The students created a petition on change.org to ask Bishop Olson to reconsider. They gathered over 1,500 signatures. The Kairos retreat was not reinstated. There are some claims (unproven) in the Petition for Apostolic Investigation that some of the vocal supporters of this petition were forced out of the high school school.

"It's one thing to say a man or a woman did something, but to say a nun did — you just don't do that," Bauer said. "Even if something is being investigated, canonically you don't broadcast that. That would be a really grave violation."
